RECEPTION AND SERVICE

The Portuguese Government has determined the requirement of a digital certificate or negative test to access Hotels, regardless of the level of risk, from July 10, 2021.

For these purposes, four types of tests are admitted:

PCR test, performed in the 72 hours prior to check-in

Antigen test with laboratory report, performed in the 48 hours prior to check-in

Rapid antigen test in the self-test modality, carried out in the 24 hours prior to check-in in the presence of a healthcare professional or pharmaceutical professional who certify´ s its performance and results;

Rapid antigen test in the self-test modality, carried out at the time, at the door of the hotel intended to be attended, under the verification of those responsible for these spaces.

Children under 12 years old will not have to take a test.

Luzmar Villas reception is open from 08 a.m until 23 p.m , to meet all the needs of our guests.

The entrance into the reception will be controlled by the receptionist.

Only one party/group can enter at a time and the ones not being attended should wait outside the reception.

Floor markers on the floor will assist guests in maintaining social distance.

The reception will have an acrylic separator to provide a security barrier between the receptionist and the guest, in order to preserve a safe distance.

If you have any requests, just dial 9 on your room phone. Our receptionists are ready to help, with safety measures always a priority.

 

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT

Upon Check In we deliver to all customers a disposable mask and respective internal rules applied at the Hotel.

At Check Out the customer will only have to put his key in an existing box on the counter.

 

MASK USE

For the safety of all guests and staff, it is mandatory to wear a mask in the common areas. We have disposable masks available for sale, next to the reception desk. ( upon availability)

 

MEALS

The breakfast is served between 8:00 am and 10:30 am.

Dinners are served between 6.30 pm to 21 pm.


The breakfast buffet service should be avoided, switching to assisted buffet (meals served).


Restaurant capacity reduced, to ensure social distance.


Reduced seating capacity in half.


Table reservation required to avoid crowds.

The use of a mask by the client and staff when circulating in the restaurant is mandatory.


Hand sanitizer available.


Preferably use pre-packaged disposable napkins or individually wrapped napkins.

Ensure minimal contact / communication between the employee and the guest.


Disposable table cloths will be used, the availability of all products in individual doses will be ensured, or a collaborator will do the plating service.

Disinfection of pens, automatic payment machines, tables and chairs after use.

 

HOTEL FACILITIES

Some interior common areas of the hotel, snooker, games area and others will be temporarily closed.

Swimmingpool

The pool will be open from 09H00 to 20H00. Sunbeds will be reduced in number and there will be a safety distance between. We do appeal to the common sense of our guests in order to keep original distance between the sunbeds as they were placed by staff, and to also keep their distance from other guests both inside and outside the pool.

 

ROOM CLEANING

Cleaning of the rooms is done only at the request of the customer.

 

RESERVATION FLEXIBILITY

Flexible / refundable rate

Due to the current situation, we urge you not to cancel your reservation preferably to change the dates. The change is only subject to the price difference of the daily tariff.

Reservations made directly with us can be changed until November 2021.

Non-refundable rate

You can change the date of your reservation, even if you have booked a non-refundable rate. The change will be possible as long as your request is received at least 7 days before arrival, and the change involves the same number of nights or more than your initial reservation.

Applicable for new or existing direct bookings. If a deposit has been paid, it can be used as a credit on a future reservation until November 2021.

For reservations made by a travel agent or online booking platform (OTA), you should contact your agent or the platform where you made the reservation.

GUIDELINES TO CUSTOMERS

Keep the recommended distances.

Constantly disinfect your hands. Disinfectants will be available at various points in the hotel.

If you cough or sneeze, always cover your nose and mouth with your arm, or use paper, but put it in the trash immediately.

 

 

 

 

MEASURES


We meticulously comply with Clean & Safe requirements, attributed by WHO - World Health Organization and Tourism of Portugal.

All employees wear a mask and visor in all functions.

Our surfaces and common areas are disinfected several times a day.

And still:

Our rooms do not have rugs or carpets, in order to comply with the rules of the General Health Directorate.
